What is Ebola? How is it contracted, and what are some ways to prevent it from spreading? These topics and more will be shared at a special Ebola Forum led by Cedarville University faculty.
Leading the forum is Ginger Cameron, Ph.D., epidemiologist and assistant dean of the school of pharmacy. Other panelists include Dennis Sullivan, M.D., director of the Center for Bioethics; Randy Johnson, Ph.D., professor of nursing, and Phillip Thornton, Ph.D., associate professor of pharmacy practice.
The forum will bring clarity to the Ebola conversation in recent news. Faculty members will present information that will help residents gain a better understanding of the illness. The forum will conclude with a question and answer period.
The event will take place at Patterson Park Church in Beavercreek, Ohio beginning at 7 p.m.
