We are a faith-based non-profit organization involved in maternal/child health. We provide accredited education in the form of a 4-year Bachelor or Science in Midwifery degree, and a global post-graduate diploma program Diploma in International Midwifery & Maternal/Child Health, as well as on-going continuing education for health care professions delivered in on-line courses, hands-on seminars, and global outreach experiences. We have also provided clinical midwifery care in the Philippines since 1991, delivering over 17,000 babies with excellent outcomes while becoming a model "Birth Model That Works" (Mercy In Action was featured in a book by this name) and supporting similar birth center models in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
